Still Looking for the Best Web Hosting Plan

Finding the best web hosting account to start with would have been nice.  Unfortunately that was not my experience.  I have had nothing but trouble with the two different web hosts that I have used.  I am still with the second company I have tried and am anxious to leave them.  Before I move everything againI need to find the best plan to fit my needs.  The host I am using does provide me with multiple class C IPs;  that is one of my main considerations but I must have better customer service.  I am spending way too much of my time waiting for solutions to problems I am having.
