We had often had a hard time keeping the loads of data that we had piled up straight in our minds. All of us on the research team had all kinds of stuff on every number of hard drives and computer filing systems. We remedied this problem through the use of SharePoint. This software makes it possible for us to store all our information on a single server that is accessible from anywhere in the world from anyone on our team. We all really love it, and after a few SharePoint Tutorials, we all felt pretty good about being able to use it well.
