We knew things were not going as good as they could be but couild not put our finger on what needed to be done to bring us up to speed. We asked for the Siebel consultants to come into our company and help us analyze our internal functions. It was gratifying to have experts that were interested in what we needed to do to make our company work better. They walked us through the process and identified the areas where were deficient. Having outsiders with no vested interest in our internal politics gave us insights we could never have gottne on our own.
