Something that most people probably don’t talk about when they thank you is the member’s area. I mean having an Xbox 360 freezing problem is obviously common, but the help and updates are something I didn’t even really pay attention that we were getting for our money. I even come by from time to time just to see whats going on in there since its updated constantly. Caleb and Brandon think I should start fixing them myself. I told them I’d leave all that up to you, and we would just worry about our own. Although after reading all about it, and checking out the cost of broken systems I can definitely see how people would make money.
