A key to toning and bulking up is having a muscle building workout routine (German: Muskelaufbau Training) that you repeat through the week. This should be a two or three part system that allows worked muscles to rest for at least twenty-four hours (to build the muscle) before they are worked again. Repetition is key, which means this will require dedication and a willingness to get up and go to the gym at least five days a week. And don’t forget to include some variety of calorie-burning aerobic exercise so that all those muscles you’re building will be able to show through on your newly toned body.
