I am in the process of drawing up my will, and it has turned out to be more difficult than I thought it would be. I did not realize that when you give things away, you may be saddling that person with a tax burden, and I certainly did not want to do that to my loved ones. I had a lot of probate questions, so I contacted an attorney who specialized in that field to help me find some answers to my problems. We worked out a way for me to get the proper possessions to the right people, and without all of the hassle that I was worried about having.
