I am the group leader at our children’s church. I am the head of the young girls group for girls between seven and eleven. We recently decided that as a reward for good behaviors and meeting goals each girl would get to pick out a piece of mickey mouse jewelry from a special catalog that we had. We told the girls and they were very excited. We went over the graph that showed our expectations and their reward and I noticed an almost immediate change in the behavior of some of the rowdier girls. I think this new behavior incentive will work wonders.
