Ever since I started fishing as a kid, I have always had to take care of my own fishing equipment, and that meant taking apart my reel to clean it. Because of this I have always been a little reluctant to get a new electronic fishing reel because I have no idea how you clean it without taking it apart. Well, silly me, I never considered that an Daiwa Seaborg 300FB might actually have a washable design. It makes sense that the electronics would be tightly sealed since you use a reel around the water. So you can actually scrub the reel and rinse it off. Now instead of having to do everything manually and take my reel apart for cleaning, I have a double win situation. Not only do I get to enjoy the convenience of an electronic reel, but I just scrub and rinse when it is time to clean up.
The Daiwa Seaborg 300fb is a Win/Win Reel
