Patio with a View

When I was looking for a condo to buy, my realtor drove me all over West Palm Beach, but nothing caught my eye.

Then one day she mentioned that she needed to stop by her father’s condo to pick up a plant. When we stepped into the little apartment overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, I was home.

It is only one bedroom, with an average layout, but the living room ends in a beautiful little porch with PVC Patio Blinds, tropical plants, and a view of the water.

After watching sailboats drift by for a half an hour, I asked if the apartment was for sale. Amazingly, her father was thinking about it.

I quickly negotiated the sale and have been spending my evenings on that porch ever since.
