My husband and I went window shopping this weekend. We were looking for furniture ideas. We’re vastly different in what we like so we were looking for something that we could agree on. I like modern contemporary furniture. The kind that we can enjoy now, before we have kids. He wants to plan ahead for when we have kids and buy traditional overstuffed items. Somewhere in between we’ve got to find a happy medium that will allow us to furnish the house in items that we both like and enjoy. I’m sure it’s going to be a process of one piece at a time.
