If you have gout, then you will want to do all you can to get rid of it as quickly as you can. The best way to do this is to go on a gout diet which prohibits you from eating many of the foods that made you get gout to start with. Some of these foods include red meats and organ meats. These are strong contributors to gout and should be eaten in moderation as they really make your gout last longer and allow you to suffer with it longer.
