Can drinking water help you lose weight?

Water, consumed at the right time, can help you eat less calories. In fact, recent studies by Virginia Tech’s Dr. Brenda Davy concluded that consuming water before a meal results in eating less. On average, about 75 fewer calories less.

75 calories at a meal may not seem like much, but over the course many months this will add up. Try to get a minimum of half your body weight in ounces per day.
