Breakfast was always my biggest meal of the day. I grew up on a farm and we always ate big in the morning because the day was going to be spent doing hard work in the fields. It did not make any difference what I ate then because I was going to have it worked off before the day was half over. Now that I drive to work everyday and spend my day behind a desk I realize I have to be Cutting Calories and not having so much of the good stuff for breakfast. I have found it so much easier to stop the hard physical labor than to stop eating to support it.
