That means don’t buy product that claim you can go from being a skinny guy to a muscle bound freak in just a month. It isn’t going to happen – it takes months of training to put on muscle weight. It’s really quite easy to gain weight, but if you want to gain muscle weight then you need to do things the right way or you’re not going to get any results.
Also that means no steroids. Those things are bad for your body and the long term consequences are really quite severe. Not to mention that you’re not allowed to compete in any serious sporting events when you’re on them.
