Medifast Packages

Diet plans sometimes come with different packages. Medifast.com features at least three different type packages and each of those packages are broken down into packages for men, women and diabetics.  Each package contains shakes, bars, soups, and other foods,  Another package contains a product to give your weight loss a boost plus adds cappuccinos or fruit juice. Yet another package has a product that contains caffeine and green tea, This package is used to burn calories and break through a weight loss stand still. There is also a package that is designed to help you maintain your weight, once you reached your goal weight, That package includes shakes, infusers for your water, cappuccinos and lattes. Some of the packages contain enough food for two weeks and others contain enough food for four weeks. Buying the packages saves you money but if you don’t like what the packages have to offer, you can buy the food individually.
