I just started working out and I was wondering how many workout reps I should be doing? My goal is to gain some mass, so should I do 4-6 reps or try to squeeze out 10 or so?
After reading several AthLEAN-X reviews, I decided to pull the trigger and order it. It is a 90 day fitness program that was developed by Jeff Cavaliere, a strength coach for many professional athletes. So far, I really like the program — but I just started it so we’ll see how things progress.
Anyway, any words of advice would be greatly appreciated!
