at the job

it is the right time of the day fior mw to get my workout in and tha ttimee is usually right in the afternoon. i do not like to do thid first thing in the morning and i do not like to do it at nigh teither but that is when i am usually delegated t doing it though. i need to have a healthy snack at the job. that is all right because i like to workout and if i have ot i will. the time of the day is important thougn and it seems that i can not control this. it is because i have a shift that is tough tpo work.
