The other night I pulled out the gas grill and grilled out some great filet mignons. Yeah, the meat is expensive, but it is so good. Filet is by far my favorite cut of meat. What type of steak do you like the most? Do you like it better on a gas grill? charcoal grill? Either way you cook it, it always turns out tasty. One thing that really makes steaks great is when you marinate them for a couple days. When you marinate them that long it makes them very tender. I love creating my own marinades to cook with.
