I always use paypal as a medium of purchase and transaction. I really trust them and feel very secure keeping my money in paypal account. Once i purchased an iphone through paypal on ebay. But the seller told me that he did not get the payment for the product. I was very confused that what to do as it’s matter of huge amount. Then one of colleague told me to contact paypal customer support. He told me paypal agent are very friendly and helpful. I emailed paypal, right after 2 hours one of their agent replied. I was very pleased by their service. I told him the whole scenario. He asked me to stay online. After about 15 minutes he came to me and asked to me make payment again. I made it again and seller received it instantly. That was great using paypal.
