It’s widely known that no money down real estate investing has made substantial profits for many ordinary investors. They just get their money organised and purchase their property. And wait for capital gains and rental income to take them into profit. Often BIG profits. They do have ot know what they are doing. The have to buy the real estate at the right time — at the bottom of a price cycle. And they have to be sure the rental income will cover the maintenance and upgrade costs involved. But if that side of things is done right, then capital gains will often lift a property investor into profits that would make anyone happy.
