What are people talking about by the water cooler?

The topics of conversation around the office Water Cooler at work are in general a good place to start if you want to know about the latest celebrity gossip or football rumours. 

This week at work, people going past the water cooler are constantly debating if Steven Gerrard is the most complete footballer in the world.  Zinedine Zidane seems to think so, after the 4-0 mauling of his former club by Liverpool he claimed the Gerrard was the best in the world.

Gerrard has since come out into the press denying that he believes he is the best in the world and giving names like Messi and Ronaldo as players he enjoys to watch.
