Many companies have a process to get in and its not always easy. You aren’t given a chance to show your stuff right away and your only opportunity is if you have the skills on paper and the experience on paper to back it. Their is a better way to get in and actually be able to prove yourself. Using the internship search you will come to find that their are many other back door ways to get hired into a company. Internships are the best way in because like I said, your in. In front of the boss in front of the staff and where you go is up to you, not just your papers.
