Pinpointing Inefficiencies Through Business Process Improvement

Starting a business takes an enormous amount of time and energy. It would seem that there would be a plan in place to keep things running smoothly. This is not always the case and money is being lost left and right through inefficiencies and this typically leads to lost profits and possibly closure. If one aspect is passed over, one detail is neglected or ignored, the entire business will not work at full capacity and this causes unnecessary losses and waste.
