I had a friend, who while ago, suffered a rather serious motorcycle accident. He was riding his motorbike along a dual carriageway away when he suddenly found that a car was about to pull out of the junction on his left. Although he thought that the car driver had seen him as he had his lights fully on, the fact is that the car just pulled out right in front of him. The result? Smash! The bike was written off and my friend went flying down the road. It was then that he undertook a Motorcycle Accident Claim against the driver of the car.
