The place I work has many huge projects in progress and we are lucky to all have enough work to keep us busy for several more months. I am so glad that I got in to this company when I did, they just accepted several more projects after winning the bids on them just last month. I am also lucky here because they let us take more training on the job and get the skills to do other jobs. I am now cross trained on at least five different teams and my next one is joining the hydraulic truck crane team.
