John Needs a Lawier

John lives in Washington DC, and works for a shoe store.  John is a very good worker but unfortunately his boss is a little too aggressive.  John had showed up late to work one mourning to find his boss yelling at him.  John tried to explain himself, his power went out during the night and reset his alarm, but his boss didn’t care.  His boss gave John a shove and John fell back and tried to ketch his fall with his hand but ended up breaking his wrist.  John ran out of the store to call the police.  He needed to go to the hospital and get his arm set back into place along with a cast.  The next day John contacted a Washington DC Firm to start a lawsuit.
