I had never given much thought to owning our own home on the beach. I had given a lot of thought to living on the beach but never thought it would be something that we could afford during this lifetime. Then one evening we were doing an internet search of Homes for Sale in Daytona Beach and discovered that the recent drop in housing prices might just be working in our favor. Not knowing a lot about the area, we contacted Lynn Byrne a local Realtor. She was able to answer our questions and direct us in the right direction. We will be seeing her soon for home tours.
