Haunted by a Case of Mistaken Identity

Recently I went to apply for a job within our city’s criminal justice system and was dismayed to learn that I have a criminal record. I couldn’t figure out for the life of me why I would have a record as the only time I have been arrested was a case of mistaken identity. You can imagine my shock when I found out that anytime you are arrested and fingerprinted, it goes on your criminal history even if you aren’t convicted. It didn’t stop me from getting the job, but I still want it expunged. I am trying to learn the process for expuge record florida as I want this taken care of immediately.
