My daughter and I just finished running the 10K. We both did pretty well. She beat me, of course, but I beat my previous best time. After it was over there was a big gathering in a local park. There was food for the runners, apples, bananas and bagels, and there were also several area businesses selling things. We looked around at all the trade show table top displays. Some of them has also been at the health expo the day before. I really love running in this particular race, it is one of the largest in the country and it is always a lot of fun.
