I have had a really bad experience lately trying to do all the things required to start my new business in Georgia. First, I could not come up with a good name that was not already taken. Then, I hastily prepared documents for forming an llc in Georgia and did not take the time to really review the requirements and review my answers. After filing it, it got rejected and was such a pain to figure out how to fix the in process filing. I was finally able to speak to someone at the Georgia Secretary of State who helped me understand the Georgia LLC requirements.
