Nissan has been focusing a lot of time on the Leaf, its new electric car, which is set to hit dealerships and the end of the year. In the mean time, it does have a hybrid vehicle that seems to have gotten lost in the shuffle. It is the Nissan Altima Hybrid. Lets take a look at how it compare to the Camry hybrid as far as the EPA is concerned. The Altima hybrid checks in at 35 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway. The Toyota Camry Hybrid Gas Mileage rating is about the same with 33 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway.
