I have had a really bad experience lately trying to do all the things required to start my new business in Georgia.  First, I could not come up with a good name that was not already taken.  Then, I hastily prepared documents for forming an llc in Georgia and did not take the time to really review the requirements and review my answers.  After filing it, it got rejected and was such a pain to figure out how to fix the in process filing.  I was finally able to speak to someone at the Georgia Secretary of State who helped me understand the Georgia LLC requirements.

When I was looking for a condo to buy, my realtor drove me all over West Palm Beach, but nothing caught my eye.

Then one day she mentioned that she needed to stop by her father’s condo to pick up a plant. When we stepped into the little apartment overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, I was home.

It is only one bedroom, with an average layout, but the living room ends in a beautiful little porch with PVC Patio Blinds, tropical plants, and a view of the water.

After watching sailboats drift by for a half an hour, I asked if the apartment was for sale. Amazingly, her father was thinking about it.

I quickly negotiated the sale and have been spending my evenings on that porch ever since.

I’ve had my Microsoft Zune player for a little over a year now. So far I love my Zune. It has been totally reliable since I’ve had it, unlike my previous Apple iPods which have all broken withing the first year of having it. zune News says that many people who convert from the iPod to the Zune player do so because of being red up with bad experiences with their Apple iPod music players. I know that is true because that is the very reason I gave up on the iPod and switched over to the Zune, the iPod just doesn’t work.

When we were looking to add elegance to the exterior of our home, we decided one of the first steps would be to look at decorative address plaques for our front door way. I can’t even count how many people have asked me “does bum marketing work“?  I tell them how much success I have had with the system, yet they don’t seem to realize how mich power it actually has.  I usually tell them give it a shot and if you really dedicate yourself to it, you will be victorious. It’s as simple as that.  It’s the kind of system where hard work gets rewarded instead of sheer talent,.   So if you can put in the long hours, I don’t see how it couldn’t work.  The ball is really in your court.  You control your level of success.

When you are trying to make your muscles grow the best way to do that is to make sure that you keep your weight lifting short and your cardio long, especially if you are trying to burn fat also. When you life weights the intensity should be through the rough, it should not be something your can lift easy if you want muscle weight gain. You should also take a quick look at your diet and make sure that you are getting enough protein. Protein helps grow muscles faster. Your motivation should be there to because without it, you may fall short.
